"It’s a very big place and can easy to get lost there and where to go when trying to check in. I know this was for my bday, and had my daughter with me. The rooms are big and very clean. However the staff in certain area I didn’t like especially at the “draft” sports room who was pretty rude to my autistic daughter, I walked out of the restaurant side they couldn’t understand her because her being non verbal. I also thought the water park was included with purchasing a room there and it’s not. I didn’t really agree paying 25-30 dollars for the water park when there no mention of it. More of a surprise. Plus the tv in my room didn’t work in the kitchen area and barely in my bedroom. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. I’ll probably not go back, just cause mainly how my daughter was talked to from that restaurant/sports bar"

"The hotel is very nice. It is walking distance to Epcot and Boardwalk. We had a dinner reservation for a restaurant on the boardwalk so this was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the music at the pool all day. The parking was a bit disastrous. There was a pavilion covering one of the parking lots so there were less than zero parking spaces available. We were forced to use valet parking, which is not what I expected. Upon checkout, Rachael noticed that my bill showed self parking and valet parking. She was able to remove the extra charge and lowered the parking fee because of the inconvenience the pavilion caused. Rachael deserves recognition for her attention to detail and customer service. Other than the parking our stay was very nice and I look forward to staying here again, hopefully longer next time."
