"rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable. Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless frozen machine product that didn’t taste like anything. For a hotel of this level, this is simply not acceptable. Food is a major part of the experience, and they failed badly in this area. Everything else at the hotel was decent, but the dining situation alone would make me not return and not recommend it."

We were told to call Expedia and did so, Expedia customer service was unable to talk to hotel staff as their repeated calls were not answered. We were told to call Expedia again in the morning of the following day. We did so and the hotel still did not answer their phone."
