「2nd year staying here and loved it even more than the first! Clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, and great location. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the perfect start for a full day of adventures. Hoping to stay again next year. Absolutely loved our stay!」

「Staff was very friendly. The room was so spacious, comfy, and clean. I highly recommend the king suit with the fireplace. The only thing I wish is that there were 2 elevators. I don't mind the stairs at all but when your bringing in the luggage or exciting with luggage you need the elevator. We were on the far side and it was so cold out, it would have been nice to be closer to the elevator. 」

「We loved the way the theme was incorporated into every aspect of the hotel and decorations. Very well designed. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel cleaning staff do an excellent job as the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the staff did a superb job maintaining the area clean and refilling any food that was running low. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so we had to shower with the door...

「Lots of great complimentary services offered 24 hours a day. The indoor pool and hot-tub is accessible 24 hours and is very spacious. For a cheap-end hotel, this was a great experience. 」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
