"The breakfast was the best breakfast I’ve had at any hotel it was hot and delicious! The staff kept cleaning any spill someone made at the breakfast station. The front desk staff was fabulous! The hot tub was amazing the pool was fantastic there was kids playing when at any other hotel there normally isn’t this hotel is definitely family friendly! They even remade me a hotel key after I checked out because I thought I had left my son’s blanket in the room. We also had a great view for pretty cheap for a last min hotel in general I will most definitely go back to that hotel again! "

"Bathroom toilet way too low?? Hardly any hooks and towel bars in a suit I had paid for a Thursday to Friday stay via expedia. On Thursday my husband ended up with an appendectomy. So I ended up arriving very late on Friday. Although they charged for the room, my room was gone because I was no show? They were old out but had a suit if I wanted but I had to pay extra? Infuriating not to mention they had no right to give my prepaid room away?! Admittedly they offered it to me at 40 dollar extra a night but I still feel it was not right of them to charge me extra, going by common sense."

"I don't understand why people have rated this over 9 stars! It's clean but it is old and reminds me of a hotel from 1970. Having said that, the staff was great, I heard the breakfast is really good. Ive stayed hete twice out of convenience and it does the job. Haven't had breakfast thet3, which may elevate the rating. But it is not 9 stars. 7 at the best. "

"The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. We got in a little late about 7:30pm we were all tired and hungry. But the kids wanted to swim so we took them to the pool for an hour. It was packed with kids. Which was ok our girls enjoyed it. The pool provided lots of pool noodles and water toys . Was very hard to catch an elevator. They charged $30 to park which I was unaware of during check in I had to give them a $50 deposit which was no big deal which I figured was for any damage but upon checking out she told I’ll only get $20 of it back the 30 was for parking. Okkk. After swimming we tried so hard to order something to eat but most places were closed or too far to walk. After trying a few pizzerias we finally found one that would deliver. Which wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t bring the ranch we ordered. So we ate went to bed. Breakfast didn’t have too many choices just scrambled eggs and sausage. Your typical.cereal toast bagel and waffles but the line was so long it was hard to make one. For the price of the room I was expecting biscuits and gravy and bacon. Even the more cheaper hotels have that. All in all it was ok for being in the city. We had a good view of the Arch from our room. "
