「No Hot-water」

「Nos llevaron desayuno a la habitación antes de la hora que correspondia para que pudieramos desayunar antes de hacer el check out. Personal amable. Habitación limpia y los alrededores tambien. 」

「El lugar es realmente hermoso, único problema es la limpieza de los baños y área piscina que al parecer no es privada para los que pagan por hospedarse buscando tranquilidad o un poco de privacidad. La piscina se llena de personas que no se comportan del todo y llenan de basura todo el lugar y cuando mi familia fue a utilizar baño de las piscinas y restaurante estaban demasiado sucios eh incómodo de utilizar. Deberían controlar un poco el acceso y uso.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. 」

「We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico.」
