「It is an apartment hotel , 30 mins drive to centre of nice . Besides the room there is a balcony and a small kitchen . But there is nothing around this hotel apartment , no glossary , no restaurant around . The great news is , it had a small pool ,the bad news is the wifi didn't work at all, although the technician come and try to fix it but it still doesn't work for 2 days until we check out ! The only way to access the wifi is in the lobby but it is so weak and can,t support more than 4 people...

「Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting.
Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally.
Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent....

「The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. 「Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect.
To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade...
