「Great place to stay in Cartagena just a few steps away from the walled city center. Good view of the city center tower area from hotel room balcony. Felt very safe. Attentive staff. Hotel is on the 5th floor. Guard on the 1st floor let's you in and you take the elevator up to the 5th floor. Room was clean and good breakfast. 」
