「Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling...

「We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.」

「Ondanks dat het hotel een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken, compenseert al het personeel dat met oprechte uitmuntende vriendelijkheid. Vanaf het moment van inchecken, bij het ontbijt, elk moment van begroeten en uitchecken. Iedereen is even vriendelijk en oprecht, bijna jammer dat dit opvalt toch? Het zwembad is een maand in onderhoud, maar vooraf kreeg ik al een bericht en bij het inchecken werden er zelf al alternatieven aangeboden met excuses. Zeer goed aangepakt. Het ontbijt is net zo lekker als...

「Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」
