「Amazing! The staff was truly incredible. Sheik, the manager went above and beyond to answer all my questions. The hotel is very authentic and very much a boutique hotel that feels very true to the city. Getting in and out was very easy; there was always someone at the reception 24/7. I would definitely recommend staying here rather than a fancier hotel if you’re looking for a more unique experience in Cartagena. Thank you Alfiz for making my Cartagena trip even better! 」

Everything in the room was in good working condition. Very nice pool and patio area. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Full and varied breakfast was included in the price.
