The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The staff was accommodating. We had some minor glitches but they were taken care of immediately so no problem. The roof top was nice but smaller than expected

We booked the Condor Suite (with a pool) and had a fantastic stay! The staff is quick and courteous, the rooms are well equipped and clean, the beds are comfy and the showers are good. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the rooftop views. My only critique is that the showers didn’t have closed doors so water would spill out at times. Overall, 5/5, I would highly recommend this place and stay here again!

Amazing experience!!! This hotel looks brand new. The place is beautiful, very modern maintaining the magic of the traditional Cartagena. The service was great, Laura, from reception, was the best turist guide that we could get. She knows the best places to visit. Finally, location, location, location!! The hotel is just a few steps from the main turistic attractions such as the "Torre del Reloj". In conclusion, I have stayed here twice and I already want to come back.
