We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The spa services were excellent—relaxing, professional, and a highlight of our visit. The food was also very good, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The Staff ..ALL.. could not be more friendly, charming AND helpful. We found it difficult to keep the room temperature comfortable and the duvet was much to heavy to be comfortable. It would be helpful to have a straight 'chair' in the room. The location is great and again, the staff made it easy, giving directions help with transportation. This is a very charming hotel and it is a very good choice to see Cartagena easily. Would recommend to friends and fellow travelers.

The rooms were magnificent. Impecable clean, and nice beds and bathroom. Way before to arrive, the staff were helpful extremely friendly. They helped me to coordinate transportation from airport to hotel, tour by the city, tour by boat. There were above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We want to stay longer, but we have to return to the real world. Without any hesitation, I will recommend Valeria the manager, and the incredible people who are part of her team. We'll comeback in the future, and we'll pick the same hotel for sure

The ambiance at this hotel is so romantic! The rooms themselves were clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The masseuse was very skilled at deep tissue. The hotel additionally felt very secure. Highly recommend!

Loved just about everything. Excellent location smack in the middle of great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, parks. The breakfast was amazing with choice of anything on the menu. Room comfortable, quiet, and cool. Spa treatments excellent and good value. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely would stay there again.
