"Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5 Stars) If you are looking for an adults-only resort with exceptional service, outstanding food, beautiful pools, comfortable accommodations, and hardworking staff who genuinely care about their guests, I highly recommend Excellence Riviera Cancun. The only reason I am giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 stars is because the Caribbean beach experience did not meet my expectations during my stay due to the sargassum conditions. Otherwise, this resort delivered an excellent vacation experience that I will always remember. Special shout out Steffanie (Lobster Rest) , Edin (Coffee shop) Maria (Lobster Rest.), and the entire Excellence Riviera Cancun team for making my stay so enjoyable and relaxing! ☕🦞🌴💖✨"

"Lo mejor de lo mejor este hotel. Todo es excelente, la atención, la limpieza, la seguridad, la comida, las actividades. Todo es increíble, miden la calidad del agua dw las piscinas, limpian todas alas áreas del hotel, tienen siempre personal secando los pisos para que las personas no resbalen . Súper recomendado, la calidad de las personas es increíble."

"We were surprised to see how clean the place is along with how helpful and hardworking the resort employees are. We were there for 5 days but after the second day already thought we should have booked for 7. It’s a great place managed by very competent people. Food is abundant and variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between along with free soda and alcohol.. pools were cleaned every day and security is tight .. we just loved the Riu resort."
