"This is a true All Inclusive resort. All restaurants on resort and drinks, with bottles of liquor hung up in your room for self service, all included. Also a mini fridge full of beer, sodas & bottles of water. Customer service was great. There staff work all day keeping this place spotless. We'll be back."

"We liked our room and comfortable bed with the mattress. Bed linen was nice and comfy also. We liked service in the room ,changing the towels and adding the water with out reminding . We didn't like the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear our neighbors and late coming people. Overall nice hotel for the money!"

Amstar also provided outstanding shuttle service to and from the resort and made booking excursions easy and stress-free. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative."

"Our second visit to Aqua Live. As in the first time the property and staff are first class: beautiful room and genuinely friendly and attentive staff no matter their job. They maintain the beaches in excellent condition even when fighting against sargasso, which unfortunately is a natural phenomenon that cannot be avoided. However, I believe the food this time was lacking and it was hit or miss. That’s the reason why they did not get an “Excellent” rating all around. Nevertheless, we hope to return and hope they act on this feedback."

"Beautiful scenery and nice location, perfect for all our excursions. Staff are really nice and super helpful. Rooms could be a bit nicer but our experience there was over all great. Don’t forget to attend their events. They’re all so much fun!!"

"I enjoyed my stay and I hate it was only 4 days. I definitely could have used about three more. The rooms were nice, I came there to have a good time, so the people tgat warned about the noise level were accurate, I was on the balcony facing the activites though, so if you don't think you'd like that - I think you can opt out to pick the other side of another tower. The activites were fun, the few was awesome, I missed one of the shows, but all the shows/ evening events planned were awesome. My friends and family had a blast. Enjoyed the food, the spanish lessons, the variety of food and snacks as well as the availability, and it all. I'd definitely recommend."
