「This is probably the best hotel in the Harvard Square area: great location, clean room, nice services and fantastic pool/fitness center. The breakfast on the ground floor is also first class. The only thing that can be improved is the cleaning of the room doesn’t seem very thorough, and I expect more for a hotel like this. But all in all, this is definitely my first choice should I ever visit Cambridge/Boston again in the future.」

「Very pleasant stay overall」

「The room is spacious and quiet, very nice. Some service could be improved, for example, we hope there could be umbrellas for customers to borrow during rain or snow days. 」

「Everything else is fine expect the laundry services. They forgot to bring back to me on time and on the date of checkout I was told it will be ready at 11am so I waited for half an hour but the 11:10 staff came to me and said they have no idea where my clothes is. They made me file a online form but no further update. Horrible services. They lost my clothes. 」

「The front desk is not welcomed when I booked reservations for extensions. I checked the reservation before the checked out date, but they knocked the door and called me to check in again. They knocked the door from the morning 12 to the afternoon 3 several times, even without check the reservation one time. It is a really bad attitude for checking in as a front desk. It’s a terrible experience.」

「The overall experience was really nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was big and comfy, and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely stay again in the future!」
