「Swimming pools are large and clean」

「Nice place and good value. Some units are better under renovation which can be disruptive. Beach is beautiful but they should extend internet to beach. As soon as you leave beach bar the internet is gone. Buffet was excellent. Asian and International restaurants were good but the Italian needs improvement.」

「Staff was amazing! Great resort with plenty of options for restaurants/ food and entertainment. Only cons- room could have been cleaned better and towels are hard to replenish as the resort is quite large with a lot of people and if you don’t request beach towels early, you won’t be able to get one. Same goes for dinner reservations. Long wait times unless you are able to reserve early 」

「Excellent experience: the resort is well set up, hotel room and public areas are quite clean and amenities are at luxurious level. Most staff are friendly with exceptions - some bartenders’ service need to be more elevated. Beach is not cleaned regularly with many dry seaweeds - details make difference! But overall is great!」

「Restaurants, great, but avoid The Valley. Grounds/facilities, excellent. Gym, spa, very nice. Couples massage, excellent. Bar locations, drink options, good. Good sized room but very cold - thermostat always reverted back to 22C. Got an extra duvet. Fridge stocked most days. Pools good. Beach lounge chairs okay with options for straw umbrellas if placed your towel by 730am. Adults only? Nope! Kids everywhere! Naming convention used on Expedia, and likely everywhere else, misleading. 「We had a wonderful stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was comfortable amenities were beautiful. Shuttle to the beach is available within five minutes. A true escape. We were looking for somewhere that was peaceful but still lively. This was the perfect mix of calm and relaxing, but vibrant. It’s a friendly vibe, not crazy party vibe. But plenty going on, something for everyone. Frank our concierge made our stay seamless 」
