「Expedia stated all fees were included but there was a security deposit for my service animal. That’s not on the hotel though. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating as soon as I walked up to the desk. Very friendly encounter. The security deposit was worked out were I could put my belongings into the room and go to the atm and bring the deposit back per manager approval. 「The staff at the desk were helpful and checking in and out was fast and easy. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious. I only stayed one night, just to have a bed and a shower, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The property looked nice and spacious as well. I think it should be advertised more clearly that the hotel is right next to some train tracks. I didn't mind them passing by, but others might not like the noise.」
