「They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.」

「Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!」

「I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full」

「Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was well cared for and a nice size/ depth. Breakfast had good number of options including a toaster with bread and waffles and packets of oatmeal with a microwave, and coffee rounded out the hot options. Standard cereals fruit juice and milk. Donuts for the sweet tooth. No complaints. Good value.」

「The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. We checked in about 9pm but we were not told we would have brown water and no hot water. We couldn't take a shower. Next morning it was better. The refrigerator wasn't cold enough. The breakfast was mainly cereal, waffle, little muffins,apple and sliced bread with butter. Wish they would have bagels with cream cheese. Other than that it was okay.」
