「First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t」

「It was a good stay for the price. No real amenities, but coffee machine and Continental breakfast in the mornings. The condition of the room was ok. The tub was chipped, toilet seat very loose and about to fall off. Rust all over the door frame in the bathroom. Little rough condition overall, but not a bad stay for the price.」

「Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast good. Bathroom small yet adequate.」

「早餐和房间不错，就是不能用电梯拎着四个大箱子上三楼不太方便。」

「Clean big rooms. Well kept property and a very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend someone staying at Candlewood suits」

We were visiting for a loved ones surgery the next day and it was pumpkin fest which we had no idea rooms were...
