Parking lot was a little full when we arrived. Hotel was clean and pretty quiet. We arrived too close to closing time to use the pool.. it looked relaxing, but on the smaller side. Room was very cool and spacious! Ours was right outside the elevator so very convenient! Breakfast was good!

My military son stayed. He was up early and waited for breakfast, but said that it was just bagels. So it was not much, but the real things matter: check in process was easy and the room was very clean and comfortable. I got sick due to an allergy reaction from the room. I don’t know what it was about. I couldn’t breathe I broke out in hives so I had to leave the location so I made a call to Expedia speaking to a representative in a representative told me that she could not reimburse me. I had to ask the front desk at the hotel. I asked the people at the front desk. They said that the manager would have to approve the refund and I did not get a call back from the manager, so I called the manager on Sunday morning and a manager told me they will not refund me because I was in the room for more than two hours. it was a horrible experience. I could not even open my eyes. Front desk said that it’s probably because the room hasn’t been clean thoroughly for a dust in allergens. The manager also told me that the one reason they did not refund me and they won’t refund me is because they had to make do some cleaning in the room because you could tell that we was in the room.

My daughter and her two pets were unexpectedly displaced from their apartment for about a month (due to no heat), and Baymont very efficiently served their temporary housing needs.
