「Very clear 」

「公園寬敞，有門衛看管，相當安全。只是房內用餐器具清潔度不夠，也沒有清潔劑可以清理，毛巾不足，無法更替」

「I stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the ground floor, and it was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was wonderful — just a 15-minute walk to Big Ben. The check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow, and communication was excellent. It was so simple to send a message and get a quick, helpful response every time. I really recommend this place for anyone visiting London! 」

「Nice bedroom and so lovely to have a nice living room kitchenette in London where I find hotels are so cramped. Good location although ear plugs would help if light sleeper. Would love to come back. 」

「The property convenient and well located. Fairly good communication, although there were difficulties with the box needed to check in and out. There were some broken parts to the room: blinds and a cupboard door. But with the low price, it wasn’t much of a concern. 」

「closed to underground within 5 mins walking. Waitrose. Sainsbury, Tesco and M&S nearby. Lots of restaurants and locates in zone 1, easy access to travel within zone 1 and 2. 」

「My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

「Our third trip using this place. This time i got a room at first floor facing the street. There are noise from the people outside having a good time. (at 23.30 the last of them is gone). There are noises from the garbage collection at night. This flat do not fit for people that cant handle the heat in summer time because it gets very hot here. You do not choose this flat if a view of any kind is something you want. But for me and my family that do not care about the above and value the location...

「The 2 bedroom unit was immaculate and spacious, equipped with toiletry and kitchen amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Midweek housekeeping service was sufficient, and outlet adapters provided, if requested. Location is central to most public transportation lines-- a good starting point to explore Soho and its surrounding neighborhoods. This is truly a hidden gem in Golden Square. 」
