Clean room in a good location. We struggled to lock the window & it was noisey from the tube line & planes flying into Heathrow over head. Nice to have tea & coffee making facilities & a hair dryer in the room. For the price it ticked all the boxes.

An old building with no air conditioning in summer heatwaves. Something to consider when booking this or many places across the country. Other than that, it is a nice location accessible to train station, Richmond and Brentford areas

Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. The room was very affordable too in comparison to the nearby hotel. Very pleasant experience! Highly Recommended!

A great stay and place. Super comfy bed.

Perfect for my needs. Very simple check in much quicker than a hotel. Parking on drive great room en suite. Host a sound guy. Perfect for kew station and the gardens. I will stay here next summer when i visit london for the gardens

Staff(manager or owner?) was absolutelly amazing! We arrived early a bit the room was not ready for some reason, he is upgraded our quad room for a studio flat in same plot with better position, and possibilities. Our complimentary coffee, tea and fresh towels was always top up.

Last minute accommodation choice after our original accommodations fell through. Clean comfortable and quiet in a wonderful safe neighbourhood next to Kew Gardens and an insta-viral Kew Station coffee shops! We were married on the Leap Year and will fondly remember Kew Studios and Rooms!

Comfortable stay at Kew Studios and Rooms

Had an excellent stay at Kew Studios and Rooms. The hotel was easy to find. close to the Kew Gardens metro station, and the staff were attentive and able to direct me to my room quickly and efficiently. The room was a good size and had a comfortable bed, a television, kettle with tea and coffee, and heaters that weren't required. The washroom next door was spacious and quite clean, the shower worked well. All in all excellent value for money and I would definitiely stay there again..

Good location. kept clean. Property is so old it needs improvements. Appliances need replacement. New paint and mending or even replacement of wood trims can add appropriate appearance. from day one in our stay there was lack of heating. This should had been taken care of prior to our arrival

Great location for Kew Gardens. Room clean enough. Big enough. Bathroom no shower screen or bath mat so slippery floor. Broken furniture in bedroom but fine for one night stop over. Heard shouting and swearing in the morning which was disconcerting. Phoned owners who said all was well!

Apartment was clean. Personnel was flexible and accommodating. Getting in contact by phone was not easy as multiple phone numbers were either no longer in service or gave no answer on arrival. Opening or closing room and house (front) door took some practice but we got it in the end.

Rang the doorbell when we arrived, no answer and not much sign of movement (it was a ring doorbell), so called the mobile number on the door and had someone answer with 'yes I am on my way up '. Didn't put my clothes in the wardrobe as it was very wobbly to the point that the door didn't close. The entrance hall to the property looked grubby and uninviting. The positives were that the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. This property could have been so much better with a bit of TLC.

The room was clean, beds comfortable however, no soundproofing and window blinds not closing fully. Additional curtains may have blocked out some of the sound from the passing trains. Handle hanging off bathroom door and loose toilet seat. No evidence of fire escape. No bedside lamps .as no bedside tables.To say there was parking was wrong. One space ! Most parking in the area was permit only so again misleading

It was very convenient for my purpose in the area of going to the nearby cemetery to visit. The Richmond area is also known to me and it is very pleasant to stay in that area near the river Thames and visit historical places. The bus stop was outside the property and Kew Gardens underground very near. There was a good selection of restaurants, coffee places and shops by Kew Gardens Station and also in Sandycombe Road where the property is situated. The negative side was that the underground trains travel at the back of the studio where I was staying. It disturbed my sleep the first night but not the second as my brain obviously had become accustomed to the background noise. I would stay again here. The host was polite and welcoming and so was the cleaner.

The gentleman who met me to show me to my room was friendly and chatty. The room was a short walk from Kew, the local area had good amenities, both of these things were essential to the visit. The bathroom was clean, tidy, had the option to shower or bath, plenty of hot water in the morning! The bed, bedding, pillows were comfortable, fresh and provided a good nights sleep, the room itself needed some work as there were water marks on the wall, wall paper peeling below the window, the blinds provided no privacy, one blind was broken so I didnt touch it for fear it fall off the wall. The fixes to the room are cheap, simple and quick to sort, once completed it would make a stay there very good 😊
