「We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see...

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....
