The first room that we had which was 411 was not properly clean because unclean counter top and pet hair window cushion by the window. Then we were transferred to room 417 and it was clean on the outside, hehowever when we opened up the cabinet, there was still empty carton of beer under the sink area. Along with a heavy smell of marijuana that fill the whole room. It just lets me know that the housekeepers did not clean in either rooms do thier job. there was no desginated place for smokers. so we had to endure it while wait for our ride. I will not put any of my guest there even though the front desk clerk and mainatince was there to help. it was not thier job however they came to see and help

There is a $10 parking fee not mentioned in the reservation details. The shower curtains have spots of pink and mold on them. The heater constantly emits a loud, high-pitched sound. Overall it was pretty unpleasant, but not terribly unpleasant.

I only stayed for 1 night and was only there to sleep pretty much, but I forgot my phone charger at home by accident, my car phone charger stopped working randomly, then I bought a new charger from the royal farms by the hotel and guess what? It didn’t work. I went to the front desk and the asked if they had any by chance and unfortunately they did not and couldn’t find any left behind either. The girl that night let me use her charger for the night and told me I could just give it to whoever was there when I checked out the next morning and let them know it was hers. I will never forgot that, it was so nice and saved me. I was in a new state, by myself. So I was so thankful. Overall, was a pretty good stay, just wasn’t there very long!! Really wish I could remember the girls name.

I was very optimistic upon entering it was nice and clean at the check in counter. Then I’m told the elevator button on the first floor didn’t work, only to come down. Ok we’ll make it work I thought. So first room we checked in to had dirty towels hanging behind the door, no hand soap and the ac wasn’t working. Ok no biggie right? Went downstairs they got me another. Had a late night so when we got back and climbed the 3 small flights of stairs to shift to the 4th floor I was sure it would be ok! The staff was respective and said they’d do a walk through to verify but again dirty towels and no hand soap. At this point it was 12am, so I just gave up and got out of there by 4am. Thankfully what did go smoothly was the shuttle to the airport! Shout out to Carl!

MY WORSE EXPERIENCE IN VERY LONG TIME .THEY CANCELED THERE SHUTTLE RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SNOW STORM AND .WHEN I finally got there the elevator wasnt working properly. Then the room that iwas give the whole fl and the room reeked of smoke..then I had to go down get another room . Which was ok . But when I finally settled in go to take a bath there was no soap of any kind hand or wash. Then I lay down to watch some Tv. The tv wasnt working couldnt change channels .this is now 11 pm. Also the temperature you couldn't control it so it was cold at times. Next day spoke to the person in the lobby asked to speak to manager. Never happened he was not available at any point one excuse after the other was what I got.. Now getting ready to go to the airport road where clear again no shuttle which was the main reason. I chose them in the first pl also they had decent reviews,which obviously weren't real. I felt the pl was mismanaged and unsatisfactory..I had to take an uber to the airport. Spent 30$ extra and no compensation of any kind . Finally get home I check my bank statement only to find they also charged me. 10.89$ for i don't know what .. So a room that was,139$ turned out to be 180.. ridiculously inexcusable.. never again..PS was given the manager Email to repond never got back to me ..
