「I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues」

「The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves.
