「I read some of the older reviews, and I was kind of worried. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, beds were comfortable with clean linens, no signs of bugs or mold, or any of the other things reported from other reviewers. I’m sure the hotel has done some upgrades since those folks stayed. The shower was just OK but workable. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again.」

「Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who...

「Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms.」

「Staff was nice and helpful. Location was easy to get to- it is a good deal for the money you spend. My bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and I heard every noise that was made in the hallway so I did not sleep well.」

「the check in and check out were a breeze. staff very kind and friendly. The facility is older, some of the furninture was worn out and the bath tub was not gleaming... a lot of use probably. The beds were great, firm and not overused. I would definitely recommend if you are ok with a bit of an older facility.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」
