「Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know...

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. 「Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms.」

「the check in and check out were a breeze. staff very kind and friendly. The facility is older, some of the furninture was worn out and the bath tub was not gleaming... a lot of use probably. The beds were great, firm and not overused. I would definitely recommend if you are ok with a bit of an older facility.」
