「早餐厨房的员工 很不错 我儿子早上想喝热的巧克力牛奶 她就很热情的帮我拿去加热 态度好」

「Second time staying at this hotel, different rooms same issue with slow draining showers.」

「We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The pillows were our only complaint. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow. The breakfast was great and one of the better ones we’ve had in a while from a hotel. Quiet area.」

「The room is big and clean, nice staff, the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「乾淨客房，員工服務好！」

「Clean room and common areas. Close to where I needed to be.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「Easy check-in. They waived a fee for early arrival. Breakfast was decent. Great location. Beds comfortable. Hilton needs to figure out pillows as they aren’t great.」

「In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.」
