Taye C at the front desk was wonderful but the hotel is absolutely filthy. Signs indicate it is going under a renovation but the property could still be cleaned well. Floors in my room were not swept and were sticky, faucet in bathroom was broken, elevator was filthy, among so many other things. Wyndham customer care was useless and I will never stay at a La Quinta again.

I was very impressed with this La Quinta experience. I’ve heard of not so go experiences and have had my own La Quinta experiences that have lead me to not want to stay yet I gave the Mt Laurel location a shot and I am so impressed and glad that I did. The staff was nice and the property wasn't bad. My room was okay. The bed had a dip in the middle and the walls and floors are thin. You hear everything in other rooms. Thank goodness the property wasn't that booked. Some areas was cleaner than others but not so bad i couldn't stay in the room. I just had to pull out the clorox wipes. Loved they had a samsung tv so i could stream from my phone, and there was a fridge and microwave.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. This hotel is not newly renovated and is not well maintained. The room had a disgusting odor, the windows were dirty, and the bathroom tub was dirty and worn. Paint was chipped on the baseboard and doors. Not up to my standards. The staff at the desk were gathered in personal conversations in Spanish. I read reviews that were obviously from the LaQuinta property several miles away.

compared to most hotels in the Philadelphia area this is a great choice for the price/quality ratio. Nice, modern, clean and spacious room. The staff is ok, I just didn't like that they insisted on making a copy of my passport and when I asked for the copy back at check-out they told me that they always destroy it at the end of the check-in day, weird situation! And oh yes, the breakfast is very poor. what is handy is that there is both an Applebee's and a McDonalds across the street from the hotel. despite the breakfast and the issue of the passport copy I would recommend the hotel.
