"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Disappointing that Expedia charges more if you book your hotel parking on the app. I could have saved almost $50 for 3 days of parking if I paid directly at the hotel. "

"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. The fact that I never made it to the room might have even been a blessing in disguise? Anyway, avoid this specific hotel."
