「The room was very clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. Our unit was not near the pool so we didn't use that amenity. Check-in was very easy.」

What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.」

「Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room. We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves. Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel...

The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.」

「I got a bad taste from this trip because I was hit with a $55 per night for amenities and $25 to park a car. After paying this most of the activities we had to pay extra for. It was difficult to get down from the room limited elevators and a long confusing walk to the stairs. 」

「The pool closed at dusk. We really wanted to use the hot tub during the evenings...but the gates were locked early.」

「They just had instant oatmeal instead of cooked like they used to. Otherwise everything was good. The low rating is due to the extremely noisy room I had on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the ice machine and outside entrance. 」

「We had a great stay until someone used the ice machine at 7am. It was directly outside of our bedroom window and they were literally emptying the ice machine. So very noisy. Other than that it was a beautiful property!!! Would stay in a different room definitely!」
