"Great hotel"

"All 3 staff that I saw at the front desk were friendly and professional. My room was spotless and mostly comfortable. I do suggest that they change the shower curtains from black to a light color which will allow light INTO the shower! And the curtain was about 20cm too long, which created a tripping hazard! Unfortunately the drink vending machines did not accept cards at all. I had to cross the street to a vending machine shop for a drink. But overall, the hotel was convenient and clean and comfortable."

"Overall great visit, pretty convenient, right across from Wien train station, lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Just one thing for management to look into would be to invest in better wifi! We kept losing connection and had to connect over and over. But nonetheless good stay otherwise. "
