"Excellent location! Only a 10 minute walk to Big Ben, and metro station. Not many restaurant options in the immediate vicinity. Staff were helpful, and assisted us in getting a US to UK converter (which they have in their lobby). Very clean rooms!"
"I really can't fault this stay at all. It reminded me of Premier Inn back when they looked loved and not shabby and penny-pinching. For the location - 5 mins walk from King's Cross - it was ideal. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
BTW, I stayed in the windowless room. I have to say, as someone who lives in a quiet countryside location, city hotels always mean sleepless nights. Not having a window, and not being exposed to passers-by/vehicles/sirens etc, meant I had a fantastic night's sleep."
"Third time staying at this hotel. It’s always very clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly. It’s a great location for visiting the Royal Albert Hall."
"The hotel is well located centrally and easy to find, within a short walk of the tube.
There was no kettle, tea & coffee facilities in the room but it was only a short walk to plenty of nearby cafés. We stayed on some of the hottest days of the year, and there is no air conditioning but there was a fan in the room."
"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, even though it was quite short. The upgraded room was definitely the highlight for me, and I truly appreciated that benefit.
However, I do have one concern. Although my room was prepaid, the upgrade was an additional charge. I believe the invoice (folio) for this extra charge should have been either sent to my email or provided to me at checkout, as it is separate from the Expedia booking. Unfortunately, I did not receive any folio or confirmation for my stay.
Aside from this issue, everything else was very good. I would certainly consider choosing this hotel again for a future stay."
