Room clean and tidy. Staff very polite, friendly and accommodating. My wife needed a room with reasonably easy access and the initial room allocated was difficult for her so the receptionist searched for another room more easily accessible even though the hotel was full.

Lovely overnight stay whilst seeing a concert at Wembley. Room was clean & tidy and the jest was super comfortable. We had a nice welcome and the breakfast was 10/10

Everything about our stay ticked all the boxes, bar one. Pros: Helpful welcoming staff, good food, beautiful accommodation. Cons: Not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems. No ground floor rooms in main building and no lifts. The are steps to every bedroom.

We wanted a hotel just outside the ULEZ so we could travel in to London the following morning. The hotel is in a great setting, has character, pleasant staff and everything you need for a stop over. Would definitely book again.

The hotel is set in lovely grounds and is a friendly place, the rooms are in a new part of the complex not the building from the 1500’s which was good!! I love soft beds, it was the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel since forever, even in the heatwave heat!

Good experience

If you are looking for a hotel with history and character, in lovely grounds, then this is for you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. There is a pleasant bar and large dining areas. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good range of options. My only slight criticism would be that the breakfast room could benefit from re decorating. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
