「Pretty nice hotel」

「Everyone was nice 」

「Lovely, clean stay with very kind and friendly staff! Loved how central the location was; easily walkable to the main highlights of Hot Springs. Wish the rooftop was open to guests more than it was (very specific hours unfortunately); wasn't accessible outside of rooftop bar hours which was disappointing. Also the "valet parking-only" stuff was silly -- first of all, there's free public parking within walking distance during the day, you just have to look, and second, we were there for one...
