「We recently stayed at newly renovated Paradisus Cancun and loved it! It a is a family friendly resort with amazing food and great service.
The food was a highlight of the trip — every restaurant we tried offered fresh, beautifully prepared dishes, and there was enough variety. The tacos at Blue Agave were top quality. Our server Atilano and Manager Nathanael were very attentive . The food from Chef Regina was amazing. We had great seafood at Agua Marina had fresh sushi at Kao. We can’t forget...

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation. When I spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and showed no remorse.」
