「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good.The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. 「The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key.
