「The only bad part is if you go from one terminal to another one in Heathrow airport is terrible! None of airport in the world like that. Every time transfer in LHR is a nightmare 😇😭」

「2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next. 」

「Staff is nice .. Tho..when I was there..the gas is out of order, so they can only offer egg n toast as breakfast 」

「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good.The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. 」
