「The size of the room is good, but there are no supplies in the bathroom, no toothpaste/toothbrush set, no hairdryer, etc… Because the kettle was broken and replied with no replacement, have to ask the front desk to provide a bottle of water instead. 」

「This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good.The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. 」

「had a really nice stay. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were very friendly and helped with my luggage, making me feel welcome from the start. Check-in was quick and easy, room service was good, and the team gave excellent recommendations for places to eat nearby. The only downside was that the bed felt quite old and could do with being replaced. Other than that, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.」

「Room and parking prices are reasonable, room was clean, shower very good, staff helpful. Full English breakfast very cheap (£8) but I'd rather pay a bit more for something more appetising. Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried.」

「Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation 」

「This is a lovely hotel, with an attentive staff and excellent amenities. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. The room was small but adequate. The staff does an excellent job of creating a welcoming but professional atmosphere.」
