「This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel within two weeks. Appreciated the location, services and facilities very much! The checkin took longer time than expected as there was only one staff on duty at around 5:30pm for a long queue. I especially would like to thank Muriel at the reception and Mehdi at the spa who’re very helpful and friendly. A very pleasant stay and will sure come back for my next visit to London.」

「Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. 」

「The location is convenient and the room is comfortable. By comparing with our last experience, the ventilation system in the bath room has been improved. Suggested to use hand wash rather than soap which will be more appropriate to meet recycling purposes.」

「房間大，舒適，有小型HI 電爐。如有洗衣機在內更好。但浴室企缸沒有浴屏，另到浴室地面濕，而地面又沒有去水，所以容易跣到發生意外。」
