"Stayed one night. Room was clean, staff was very helpful. Computers were down so we were not able to get our rooms upon arrival. Staff held luggage for us in secure area. One restaurant was across the street and down a block. Restaurant was excellent and also had music on Friday night. After walking back from dinner, still was not able to get into room for awhile. Other exhausted travelers were also waiting in the lobby. Restaurant on the 11th floor also was inaccessible due to computer outage. "

"It was not good experience at all ! My final charge to my cc was almost $500 for 2 nights. That was not what it was advertised on H.com . The room was very small and there wasn’t much in amenities and no pool ! I had a lot of problems with the keyless entrance having to remember your door code and gate code to get in . I will not be returning to this property. I could have stayed at a nice Hilton for that money ! "

"Staff is always great and we continue to stay at Riverside. Alan was fantastic with our last 4 stays accommodating us. Location, Boathouse restaurant make this a great location for our pre and post cruise hotel each and every time we stay in Fort Lauderdale"

"I pre booked and pre paid through hotels. Com plus used points. When I finally got to the hotel after a very long day of travel I was told they did not have the room I reserved for me !!! I would have to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach a different room. No elevator no staff to help!! No explanation period!!"
