"It was $40 to park overnight. Room was spacious with a galley kitchen & a stacked washer & dryer. Large walk-in bathroom. There was a large balcony but no furniture outside (it overlooked the train track & partial river view. I did get woken up a few times with the train passing by but overall comfortable. Easy walking to Las Olas"

"Very comfortable unit. There was no pull out sofa as advertised and the microwave panel was loose. Kitchen was equipped with everything that is needed. The washer/dryer was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Close to everything in the area of Los Olas. Was in constant communication with the management staff. "

"First floor room was old and loud. Heard the next room's alarm and conversations at 4AM."

"My room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view. The rooms were old and very dusty. Didn't seem clean except for the clean sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest. Not worth the money when there are plenty of other hotels on the strip. Continental breakfast not includedand was $32 if you wanted it. Valet fee, resort fee..soo many fees for an old outdated room. Picture advertised was not accurate. There was no thermostat in the room to control the AC. We were extremely cold. Definitely would not recommend this resort."

"The pictures are absolutely not accurate! Crusty old and run down. If you have any type of weight to you, you will not fit on the toilet. The kitchen was disgusting and old. The entire place was disappointing at best... AVOID"

"The area around the hotel did not feel safe. If there wasn’t a parking garage where you can only get in with a key, I would have cancelled and eaten the cost. Check in was super fast, they didn’t explain where anything was, I didn’t even know what floor I was on. Room was clean, but you can hear EVERYTHING. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We were up every time a train went by, felt like it was every hour! Traffic is non stop. Kids in the hallway. Ended up eating at the bar by the pool, the guy who made our drinks and took our order was super nice. Even recommended his favorite drink, mango/strawberry Rita- SO good!! The food was okay. Breakfast was good, staff there were friendly."
