「What an incredible hotel stay. From the minute we checked in to our departure the staff was welcoming, helpful & extremely professional. You can tell they love their jobs. The room was immaculate with a beautiful view from the balcony of the blue green water of the gulf. (4th floor) I highly recommend this hotel that had 3 heated pools. 」

「We loved this hotel. The location was perfect - nestled right between the Grand Boulevard Shoppes and Baytown Wharf. The room was a nice size, very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view looking to the hotel across the way. The mattress was so comfortable - I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud and my husband who has back and hip issues is challenged to find a comfortable bed when we're away, but he commented on how his back and hip didn't bother him at all. 「We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.」

「The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. 」
