「This was a great place in a great location behind Tupelo Street only a short walk to core of Seaside. The management company for the property was excellent with communication and meeting expectations. We will definitely use them again and likely this specific property.」

「This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. My only tip is that if you book through this management company, plan to bring all of your food and seasoning supplies. Unlike some vacation...

「This place was AMAZING!! We arrived earlier than expected- we were unable to check in immediately but we were given pool key and parking pass. We decided to explore a little and when we returned just to cool down and expected it to be a long while before we could check in- our room was ready. Our receptionist and General manager were great, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator and small kitchenette. We will definitely be here again!! Already...

「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」

「We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....
