It was very safe walking to the Baytowne shops and everything was not too far to walk. There were a lot of dining options available. The hotel was roomy and clean and had everything available for use.

Very peaceful/quiet

I have a family of 4 (not including me) and it was enough space for all my kids to get there own bed. So that’s tell you about the space. I also have a service dog and they were very friendly and respectful to him and I. There’s a pier or island right next to the hotel and in the morning, it’s super quiet and peaceful. We’re definitely coming back!

Conveniently located in the SanDestin Beach and Golf Resort. We had a very nice king studio suite. The kitchenette was very good. Nice pool complex. Good walking trails.

Nice ppl that work there answers all your questions and helpful wwith all your needs. Hotel is clean. The bartender was great and kept the bar open two hrs past wen it was supposed to be closed. I would go back everytime that i visit Sandestin

The property is kept very beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with just the right amount of items. The furniture in our living room (505) was very uncomfortable. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The dining room and extra sitting room and the 2 bathrooms were all very comfortable to have. I would have preferred a balcony and wish I would have known before arrival that one was not part of our room.

Property is tucked away, they probably should add some better signage. Security you go thru does direct you well though and love that they are checking people. It’s a gorgeous area with walking trails and cute little village to go walk, shop and eat at that you MUST go to! Def go to the Marina as well. We just loved the room, walkable areas, wonderful staff and stay overall. Ohhh and did I mention the free laundry rooms, arcade and theatre on site?! The list goes on and on. STAY here especially with kids.

We came into this not expecting much given some of the reviews but upon arrival, we were very pleased at the size, layout and impeccable condition of both our particular unit and the facility as a whole - all residing withing the very well-managed Sandestin complex. The listing wasn't clear that we would have two bedrooms AND two baths but that was a nice surprise. Pools were extremely well managed and water was conditioned perfectly. The location of the pools looking out over the bay with osprey and other birds in plain view. The particular access that we were entitled to was a bit mysterious but we had a package that allowed for fully-paid-up access to beach chairs and umbrellas which is somewhat unheard of in the Destin area so a big plus. Shuttle was easy and ran pretty consistently. It was a solid "A" from our side. Great job Hilton Grand Vacations & Sandestin. A little pricey but what isn't in the Destin area in June??

The hotel grounds and hallways well maintained. However, the rooms need to be updated and cleaned more thoroughly. If the curtains are stained, replace them. If the lamp shade is broken, replace it. If the light above the stove is burned out, replace it. It’s the simple things that can make a good stay…a great one.
