「Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected」

「We likes that chairs and umbrella for the beach was included. We thought it was odd that we had to pay extra for housekeeping.」

「The room was beautiful however the bed post were loose and upon arrival went to check the room before unloading and only to find a roach crawling across the countertop and underneath the keurig machine and a dead one on the floor next to the night stand. We took video of the situation sowed it to the desk clerks and the only solution they came up with was to refund my money. So we left and found a holiday in to accommodate us last minute and paid $300.00 extra for my birthday weekend. I booked...

「We booked an oceanfront room but when we checked in (which workers were rude from the start) and got to our room, there was a tree blocking the entire view of the ocean..you think if you booked an oceanfront room you would see the ocean..when we asked too be moved, the workers were extremely rude and said they can’t do anything for us because of how we booked the room..after asking many times, the front desk lady said that “she can see what she can do”..so obviously they could do something..we...

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「Stayed one night just to not have to continue a long drive - Smelled musty and honestly, like pee as well. Looked like the sheets were yellow, and the whole place made me feel like I had to itch all night. Stains almost everywhere. And if you have a larger car, good luck with the parking. Staff was super nice, just not a nice place to stay (even just for a night to sleep)…. Hopefully they change all these issues, But if not, good luck to whoever chooses this hotel :/」
