「Despite being on the second floor by the street with the trash man running everyday about 4 it was great no lie 」

「The lady working the check in desk could use some training, she didn’t give us very good directions and she wrote the incorrect room number (ours) on someone else’s card sleeve because they were trying to get in our room and they showed us the key sleeve and it had our room number on it!! They went back to the desk and come to find out that they were in the room next door?」

「Everything was great! Customer service was also great! It was clean and they served a good breakfast. The pool and Jacuzzi was the highlight of our visit. The only complaint was the restaurant was closed and that was the reason we chose it. But it was centrally located to many good restaurants so it made up for that. The room and the common areas was very clean! Overall, a very pleasurable experience. 」

「Beautiful property in the french quarter just steps away from the streetcars which run frequently. Upon arrival, the suite i booked was unavailable but the property had a great solution, providing me with my own room and my two adult daughters a connecting 1 bedroom. Everyone we encountered was friendly, the rooms are beautifully decorated and included a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Front desk is just a text away and i appreciated them arranging transportation to the airport. I...

「Did not like how every sound carried. It was too noisy. There are huge gaps under the doors so anyone out in the hall sounded like they were in your room.」
