"The rooms were outdated, a lot. The bed was hard, the floors were dirty when we came in, they only had one cart for luggage, which was annoying. Over priced for sure but you pay for a good view. The pool cannot be used at night, kids weren’t happy, that should also be disclosed when booking!"

"We’ll have to say the pictures online definitely do not match the reality. Got there and the room looked very clean but the floor was super dirty. I know we are on the beach but piles of sand in the room and black skid marks all over floor all throughout. We actually bought a mop and broom to clean it ourselves. Filthy! Pieces of trim and wall with holes and gaps from being rotten and not cared for. The hood over the oven didn’t work at all so stopped us from cooking in the room like we wanted to. Also only cooking tool available was one medium pot with lid no skillet no baking wear nothing! Did have silverware and plates! Toilet was not connected to floor and wobbled both directions. Toilet paper holder hanging off the wall. Then to top it off HUGE COCKROACHES. Smdh positive is maintnance did come fix toilet paper roll and toilet and spray for roaches. I had a virtual agent helping me and I’m still waiting to hear back from them via email. I won’t hold my breath. This place has so much potential the pool and beach area are great! Other guests very fun and friendly. Very disappointed but hard to complain when staff doesn’t seem to think there is an issue."

"Parking was a nightmare. Ended up paying for parking, when it should have been included. The property wasn't that great. No ramp for beach access just steps. Made it hard to bring beach gear down to the sand. The staff seemed like a bunch of kids. The room wasn't that clean either. House keeping does not come everyday, and we ran out of clean towels. And when we went to the desk, they laughed and said they will put some in our room. The kitchen in the room was ok. We only used the toaster and it worked. We got charged for coffee and didn't even use it. The bar was nice and the bartenders were very nice. The drinks até a little over priced...but good. The pool seemed ok. It was closed one whole day. We didn't use it. I don't think we will go back to this hotel."
