「We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again. 」

「There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. 」
