「Not very happy with the cleanness. Instead of concetrating in so many rules of bringing personal coolers, the property needs to concentrate in fumigation of insects. My husband and I got bit all over our bodies with idk what mosquitoes/fleas/bed bugs. Also little red worms crawling into our room.」

「The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「I had a windowless room (which is fine.) The bed was comfortable. The shower door did not close well and water spilled onto the floor. The water temperature did not get very hot. The front desk person was excellent and attentive. Good vibe in the place. Great location. I really only slept there. Very quiet at night. I would stay there again.」

「The front desk staff were amazing. Brian, Alanis and Aleida were always cheerful and helpful. The maintenance staff responded fairly quickly. There are some issues on the property that need addressing. The restaurant menu was not too appealing. The beach was within walking distance but you can’t get in. Limited drawers, a loud schilling noise from shower head, slippery moist floors resulting from increasing the temperature in the room are some examples. Overall a peaceful , restful vacay.」

「Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....
