"Our stay at Liv Hotel was for one night. It was clean, conveniently located within walking distance to the MetroNorth and one stop from Fordham University, the NYBG & The Bronx Zoo, & Arthur Ave. Surprisingly very quite on the street over night. Windows insulated the street sounds. Interior walls could benefit from better sound insulation. Onsite parking is a bonus. Basic vending machine beverage & snacks in the lobby."
