"It was my birthday and they gave us some vouchers for drinks at chilis. When we came back at night, the patio was vlosed but they had the fire on. They let us sit out there for drinks, which was so special to be alone. We didnt use them but love the bus vouchers you offer. Hottub was unreal! The whole reason we booked there. Eberything was so great! Thankyou! Will be back for sure. "

"First time in Banff and this was the perfect hotel to stay at. Everything was walking distance, literally 5-10 walk. The hot tub was 10/10 and my partner also enjoyed the sauna. I would definitely return"

"The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having full size appliances. The room could have been a little cleaner in areas but overall it was good. The amenities were awesome! My kids loved the water slides and play zone. The free bus passes for Banffs public transit was awesome and the bus stop was close by. Overall a wonderful stay. "
