「Ice machine broken couldn’t get in that room anyway. Digital lock not working had to get a regular key out of lockbox that was ground level. No fun when 62 and need readers to see combo. Blackout curtains hanging off rack. After I showered tub was full of water then before wife could shower it backed up then all kinds of sediment came out of drain. Disgusting. 「The room was amazingly clean, best breakfast bar I have ever seen for a complimentary breakfast in a hotel. Coffee machine was an absolute joy. Front Desk staff was amazing at check in and check out. Will definitely revisit. Priced great also. 10 Stars in my book.」

「Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.」
