「Very friendly staff, clean breakfast area, rooms are sufficient」

「Love the older style motels. So much more room. Had a large mini fridge. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower with great water pressure. Front staff were friendly. A little run down but are currently renovating; not a really big deal for me. 」

「The location of this property is a gem!! It is in the center of a city park so if you have young children there is extra great space to play on nearby. The outdoor fire pits and restaurant, beach, lighthouses on sea walls were also fun! The only downside for us was our bathroom was not fully clean when we arrived. 」

「There was only two people on staff between front desk, bar, and kitchen but they were incredibly kind and helpful despite being very busy. Room was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. My kids enjoyed the ping pong table. They have deep dish pizzas made to order in the bar area. My son did find hair in the dough of his pizza. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable, pretty basic options with no hot food available. 」

「While this isn't a 5 star hotel, its clean, simple, and quiet. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here.」

「We were on the third floor, and there is no elevator, so it took a while to get our stuff upstairs. I have some hip and balance problems, so it was difficult to get into the shower (a raised tub with no handrails). Also, the shower did not have a place to put the soap or shampoo or conditioner provided, so I took advantage of my wife to be the "soap dish".」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. It was what we needed to get away for a few days and connect with nature. Dog friendly enabled us to bring pups and long walk them. We would certainly book again. The property appears to be under renovation, but did not bother our stay」
